Yes, where available. Standard supplies (chains, straps, dunnage, tarps, edge protection) must be pre-approved and are billed separately. Not all materials are stocked at every hub — please confirm via the location card or with Operations.

Under DOT/FMCSA rules, the driver is ultimately responsible for leaving with a properly secured load. Our teams perform securement work aligned with those guidelines and document it with Digital Proof of Securement, but final verification and acceptance remain with the carrier/driver.

OS/OW support, heavy-duty forklifts, cranes and rigging are available only at select sites and must be pre-arranged. Limits on weight, dimensions and lift types vary by location — see the Location Card or talk to Operations.

Open-deck jobs run through Platform-Guided Workflows with digital Workflow Gates. Each gate enforces checks (placement, blocking, chain angles, counts, tarp coverage) and requires time-stamped photos, forming a traceable audit trail from check-in to release.

You receive a digital job file on the FREITTY platform containing before/after photo sets, securement checklists, notes, updated BOLs and, where available, ePOD. Together, this constitutes your Digital Proof of Securement for the work performed.
