Reloading jobs run through Platform-Guided Workflows with digital Workflow Gates. Each gate enforces checks (counts, sorting logic) and requires time- stamped photos during stripping and palletization, forming a traceable audit trail.

What is the difference between Reloading and Cross-Docking?
Reloading (Transloading) focuses on changing equipment or mode (e.g., container → truck), often with floor-loaded cargo. Cross-Docking focuses on speed and sorting of already palletized shipments for different destinations.

What documentation will I receive?
You receive a digital job file on the Freitty Ops Platform containing before/after photo sets (seals, interior condition, palletized freight), notes, updated BOLs and, where available, ePOD.

Can you handle temperature-controlled (reefer) reloading?
Yes, at select locations. We offer transfer/staging via refrigerated trailers or designated cold areas. See the location card for temperature bands and limitations. Long-term cold storage is generally not offered.
