Overweight help is a compliance-aligned service designed around DOT weight & axle rules: we re-balance axles, offload/split, and re-stack & secure freight. When needed, we can stage pallets in short-term storage or arrange a second truck.
We create a digital photo log (before/after, GPS & timestamps; ePOD where available). After service, drivers reweigh at a nearby certified scale.

We target 15-minute dispatch, 30-minute dock, and work start within 60 minutes of check-in (SLA 15/30/60). Typical start is 30–60 minutes, depending on freight and bay availability. Walk-ins are accepted based on capacity; for a guaranteed start, book a 3-hour time slot on the FREITTY platform. Final legality is confirmed by a certified reweigh ticket.

Bill of Lading, a certified scale ticket with axle breakdown, and any special handling instructions. Back to the dock with the trailer opened; we can re-seal and record a new seal number if needed.

Palletized, floor-loaded, mixed LTL, off-centered, high-value, and temperature- controlled freight. Equipment includes dry vans, reefers, and box trucks. Hazmat is not handled unless explicitly listed. Availability (including temp-controlled) varies by location—see the specific Location Card.

Overweight correction is free—you pay only standard reloading/restack labor per the posted price list. For loads at or under 80,000 lbs gross, we target legal axle distribution when feasible based on packaging and equipment. If a certified reweigh shows further adjustment is needed, we’ll perform one additional re-balance at no extra labor charge. Materials (pallets, wrap), scale tickets, permits, and after-hours services—if applicable—are billed separately.

Without an overweight permit, gross > 80,000 lbs can’t be solved by redistribution; weight must be removed. Options: stage part of the load in short-term storage for later pickup or arrange a secondary delivery; we can also follow shipper instructions.
