Can you print labels on-site, or do we need to supply them?
At many hubs we can print standard pallet/route labels on-site using your templates. If you require branded, security, or specialty labels, these usually need to be supplied in advance.

Replacing missing or damaged labels and applying new ones to match receiver or retailer requirements (PO, stop, store, route, etc.), helping prevent refusals, chargebacks, and rework fees.

Label Replacement & Relabeling is a focused rework service that fixes label-related issues without changing the product itself. FREITTY replaces missing, damaged, or incorrect labels and applies new ones so freight meets receiver, DC, or retailer requirements (PO, stop, store, route, etc.) and can be accepted on the next delivery attempt.
The Freitty Ops Platform, powered by Platform-Guided Workflows, runs each job through digital Workflow Gates—from inspection and instructions review through label application and final photo check. Every step is logged with timestamps, photos, and eDocs/ePOD (where available), creating a verifiable digital chain-of-custody.
Digital Workflow Gates control the full cycle—inspect, remove/cover incorrect labels, print/apply new labels, verify—so quality and accuracy are consistent and repeatable.
Before/after photos (labels, pallets, sides of freight) plus eDocs/ePOD (where available) provide clear evidence of what was corrected and how, reducing disputes and uncertainty.
Built around typical DC and retail requirements: PO/stop/store/route labels, pallet labels, case labels, and similar formats. Final formats are defined in your job instructions.
Operations are designed to quickly resolve label issues so freight can move back into delivery-ready status, limiting downtime, refusals, and chargebacks.
We can process single pallets, problem zones, or full trailers/containers—depending on the hub’s capacity and your priority.
Controlled access, surveillance, and standard MHE (forklifts) ensure freight is handled in a secure, professional environment.

How Our Relabeling Works
01
Inspect & Plan
Check freight condition, identify labeling issues, take photos, and confirm receiver requirements.
02
Prepare New Labels
Create correct label data (PO, stop, store, route, consignee, etc.) and print/stage new labels.
03
Apply & Verify
Remove or cover incorrect labels, apply new ones in the right spots, and verify clarity and accuracy with photos.
04
Document & Mark Ready
Upload final photos and documents to the platform and mark the freight dispatch-ready.
Freight is rejected at
delivery due to label
issues.
Receiver or retailer
changes label requirements (PO/stop/store/route, DC codes,
etc.).
Pallets are mis-routed or
mixed and need
corrected labels before
another delivery
attempt.
Imported freight is
missing required
local/retail labels
before DC or store
distribution.
You want to prevent
chargebacks and
fines linked to
labeling non-compliance.
Palletized Consumer & Retail Goods
Non-hazmat general merchandise, home goods, CPG, and similar freight.
E-Commerce / Omnichannel Freight
Freight that will be broken down or routed through parcel/
e-commerce networks and needs stop/store/route labels.
Non-Hazmat
Packaged Food & Beverage
Where food-grade areas exist at a given hub (see Location Card for availability and limitations).
Availability, food-grade capabilities, and temperature constraints vary by location; always check the Location Card. Hazmat is not handled unless explicitly listed.

Have Questions? We've Got Answers!
01
At many hubs we can print standard pallet/route labels on-site using your templates. If you require branded, security, or specialty labels, these usually need to be supplied in advance.
02
We need PO/stop/store/route information, receiver/DC identifiers, and either a template or example of the required label format—plus clear instructions on which pallets correspond to which labels. The clearer the instructions, the faster and safer the job.
03
Yes. We can work on a small subset of pallets or an entire trailer/container, depending on hub capacity. Please indicate volume and priority pallets in your request.
04
It depends on freight configuration, access, and safety. In many cases pallets are pulled to the dock or unloaded to ensure proper access and photo documentation.
05
You receive a digital job file on the Freitty Ops Platform with before/after photos, notes on what was corrected, a list of affected pallets, and updated documents (BOL notes, rework report) plus ePOD where available.
06
Typically a combination of labor (per pallet/per label or project-based) plus materials (labels, tape, wrap) and any additional services (storage, second attempt, etc.). All billable items appear in the quote before you confirm.
07
At select hubs, yes. We can work with chilled/frozen freight while maintaining temperature via reefer staging or cold zones. Availability and limits are listed on each Location Card.
08
FREITTY standardizes quality through technology, not manuals. Platform-Guided Workflows and digital Workflow Gates govern every step, while Photo Proof creates a complete, time-stamped audit trail. You get predictable outcomes, centralized booking/tracking/billing, and verifiable chain-of-custody instead of “we just changed some labels.”

Fix label issues, save the load, and reduce refusals and chargebacks — with full digital proof.
