Pallet Restacking is corrective handling for loads that have shifted, leaned, collapsed, or become unsafe in transit. FREITTY rebuilds and stabilizes pallets to restore a safe, compliant, delivery-ready unit — eliminating unnecessary rejections or returns.
Typical actions include re-stacking and straightening layers, fixing overhang, replacing broken pallets, and re-wrapping to required standards.
All restacks run through the Freitty Ops Platform with workflow gates, full photo documentation (before/after with GPS), optional live video, and POD to maintain a verifiable digital chain-of-custody.
We operate on SLA 15/30/60 from check-in: target dispatch ≈ 15 minutes, dock ≈ 30 minutes, work start within 60 minutes. Priority windows are designed to help you hit cut-offs and avoid detention, layover, and chargebacks.

Every restack includes before/after photo proof with GPS & timestamps in your digital job file. At select hubs, you can monitor the restack in real time via live video, then close the job with documented confirmation that the load is safe and compliant.

Most jobs finish in 30–90 minutes. Severe shifts, mixed freight, re-palletizing, or added relabeling/re-wrap services can extend the job to 1–3 hours.

We need the BOL, a short description of the issue and photos if available. At check-in, we record the seal and initial condition via Workflow Gates; if we must break the seal, we can re-seal and record the new seal number in the job file.

Yes, when space and safety allow. Otherwise, we offload to the dock and restack per on-site safety rules. The on-site lead decides the safest method.

We handle palletized, loose, floor-loaded, cartons, drums/rolls, and irregular/heavy items, subject to site equipment and safety limits. We can also palletize, re-wrap, or relabel as part of the job.

Yes—wrap, corner boards, dunnage, pallets, and straps are available at FREITTY Certified hubs where stocked. Supplies are pre-approved and billed separately. Availability varies by location; you can also provide your own materials.

Yes, subject to hub capacity and equipment. Temperature-controlled transfer/staging is available only where listed (via reefer trailers or designated cold areas). Hazmat is not handled unless a location explicitly lists it; always check the Location Card.

You receive a digital job file on the Freitty Ops Platform with a time-stamped photo log (before/after with GPS & timestamps), updated BOL by request, and ePOD where available. At select hubs, live video footage may also be referenced.

Walk-ins are possible when capacity allows, but booking one of our 8 daily three-hour windows guarantees the fastest start and minimizes waiting. Cutoff is at least 60 minutes before the window ends.

Pricing is based on labor/time & complexity, materials/supplies, after-hours, and other accessorials. Total/pal are shown for approval before work begins.
