What information do you need to begin?
Inbound BOL, pallet/item counts, your split rules (store/route/PO/region), any pallet/height/weight limits, label or ASN format, and special handling notes (fragile, food-grade, etc.).
We split and rebuild pallets into compliant, delivery-ready loads. Counts, cases, and labels are verified with Platform-Guided Workflows and a complete digital audit trail.

Pallet Splitting & Rebuilds is the process of taking freight from one or more inbound pallets and redistributing it into multiple, smaller pallets or unit loads. This is often required for store or route waves, height/weight limits, or receiver-specific pallet specs.
Instead of reworking freight at the receiver’s dock, FREITTY performs this work at or near our hubs. Using the Freitty Platform with Platform-Guided Workflow Gates, every step—counts, splits, rebuilds, labels—is time-stamped and photo-verified, creating a clear digital chain-of- custody and helping reduce refusals and chargebacks.
Status, photos, and documents live in the same digital job file, ready for your team, your broker, or your customer to reference.
Time-stamped photos (before/after, pallet faces, labels) plus count sheets and eDocs/ePOD (where available) are stored in a digital job file on the Freitty Ops Platform.
We follow your and your receiver’s rules: max height/weight, tie-high patterns, label placement.
Combine splitting with restack, palletizing/de-palletizing, relabeling, shrink-wrap, cross-dock, short-term storage, Reloading/Transload, or Local Pickup & Delivery in one order.
Digital Workflow Gates enforce counts, split rules, and photo checkpoints at each stage (Inbound → Split/Rebuild → Verify → Release), delivering repeatable, data-verified quality.

One Inbound, Many Outbounds
You need to convert a single inbound pallet (or load) into multiple outbound pallets for different stores, routes, or customers.
Over-Height / Over-
Weight Pallets
Pallets exceed receiver or carrier limits and must be rebuilt into lower, safer, or lighter builds.
Retail / E-Commerce
Compliance
Freight must be grouped by store, wave, or region following strict pallet and label rules before it reaches the DC or final mile partner.
Consolidation & Deconsolidation Plans
You’re running consolidation/deconsolidation through cross-dock and need pallets rebuilt as part of the plan.
Accessorial & Chargeback Risk
You want to solve pallet issues before arrival at the receiver to avoid refusals, rework at the dock, or costly chargebacks.
Palletized Consumer Goods
Large inbound pallets broken down and re-stacked into smaller, precise outbound shipments
Cartons & Boxes (General Merchandise)
Loose cartons separated by order or destination and rebuilt into new pallets.
Retail & Food-Grade Freight (When Listed as Supported)
Store-specific freight prepared per PO and relabeled for compliance.
E-Commerce Freight & Parcel-Bound Loads
Mixed SKUs sorted and split into outbound batches for fulfillment centers or last-mile hubs.
Non-Hazardous General Cargo
Consumer and industrial freight (excluding hazmat) separated and prepared for outbound.
Temperature-Controlled Splitting
Temperature-controlled splitting and rebuilds are available only at hubs that list reefer/temperature-controlled capabilities.

Insurance & Liability
We independently provide cargo insurance in accordance with the standard industry practice, where coverage is determined based on the value-to-weight ratio of the shipment.
FREITTY is not an insurer; claims follow carrier/warehouse policies.

Inbound BOL, pallet/item counts, your split rules (store/route/PO/region), any pallet/height/weight limits, label or ASN format, and special handling notes (fragile, food-grade, etc.).
02
Yes—at most hubs we can print and apply pallet labels per your template. Supplies (labels, ribbons, wrap, corner boards, pallets) are pre-approved and billed separately.
03
From two simple splits to complex multi-store or multi-route waves. Capacity depends on real-time space/equipment and the complexity of your rules; we confirm feasibility and timing at booking.
04
Yes—where safe and within scope, we restack or lightly repack to meet height/weight limits and basic planogram requirements. High-touch case- pick/fulfillment is not offered unless explicitly listed on the Location Card.
05
When space and safety allow—yes. Otherwise, we perform the work on the dock per on-site safety rules.
06
A digital job file on the Freitty Platform with time-stamped before/after photos (GPS & timestamps), updated labels/count sheets, revised BOL(s), and ePOD where available.
07
Customer-supplied materials are welcome. When we provide pallets, wrap, bands, corner boards, labels, or other supplies, they are pre-approved and billed as separate line items.
08
By handling effort (time/per-pallet/per-CWT), complexity of split rules, materials used, after-hours work, and any accessorials. You see an itemized quote before work begins.
09
Yes—commonly with restack, palletizing/de-palletizing, shrink-wrap, label replacement, cross-dock, Reloading/Transload, short-term storage, or Hub-to-Hub transport in the same order.
10
FREITTY standardizes quality through technology, not manuals. We use Workflow Gates + a digital audit trail (photo proof, timestamps, ePOD where available) + centralized booking/billing on the Freitty Ops Platform to deliver predictable results and a verifiable chain-of-custody across our hub network.
Availability varies by location; special equipment/supplies are pre-approved and billed separately; see the Location Card.
