What Is Reefer Storage & Staging?
Reefer Storage & Staging is pallet-level, time-boxed holding for temperature-sensitive freight. Today we deliver it primarily in powered trailers (shore-power or genset), with designated cold zones only where explicitly listed. Receiving, placement, monitoring, and release run through Platform-Guided Workflow Gates, producing a verifiable digital chain-of-custody with time-stamped photo proof and POD (where available). Integrates with Cross-Dock, Drayage, P&D, and Hub-to-Hub via One Ops Desk.
*Long-term cold storage in dedicated facilities is not offered unless explicitly listed on the location card.

Is this a refrigerated warehouse or trailer-based staging?
Our standard today is trailer-based cold staging (shore-power or genset). Dedicated cold rooms are only where explicitly listed.

How is temperature monitored and logged?
We capture time-stamped photos of the reefer display at check-in/out and during holds. Continuous sensor logging and alerts are provided where available; logs shared on request.

What powers the reefer while staged?
Shore-power bays where available; otherwise genset with fuel management. Power/fuel appears as separate line items.

What durations do you support?
Short-term holds (hours/days) are standard; weeks-level staging may be available depending on hub capacity.

How fast can I move freight in/out?
We run 8 daily windows. Booking secures priority. Handling follows SLA 15/30/60 (dock ≤30 min; work start ≤60 min from check-in).
